Is anything in it copyrighted? Is it irl video (like real humans)? Stuff like that makes so you can't post it. It also may be because you don't have much content on here yet.

It's just a short animation, there's nothing copyrighted about it. âšī¸
We have no problem with helping you - however, we need some detailed information about your so called "short animation" first, before coming up with any conclusions.
May we know what is the animation about, for beginning?
Mmmhhh...reading from your reply to Slushie-Sweetheart, you mention a short animation: how long was it? What did it show? Context is important in order to possibly help you like Yatsufusa said.
It's a silly 10-second video. It's an animation of me making fun of a crappy animated series I found on YouTube.
@WiidNight The problem it's not the parody itself since NG feeds on parodies of copyrighted series, crossovers and fanworks, the problem is very likely the shortness of the video. 10 seconds long video gets blammed (deleted) easily, because when it comes to videos/movies NG encourages creativity over dumping the first thing you have in mind like you would do with YT. There is no algorithm here so everything is judged by people for people.
I've seen 30 to even a minute long loop videos that passed judgment because they were really well made, well animated, fluid, correct use of light and colours, and overall nice ambience, like this video still UJ: https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/970690
I already managed to publish it, man đ

Not with zero context.
